His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Akkodis continues to scale its digital engineering, AI, and Smart Industry capabilities across 30+ countries.

Before his tenure within the Adecco ecosystem, Olivier spent over six years at Eaton, including serving as Chief Financial Officer, Eaton Electrical EMEA, where he oversaw regional revenues of approximately $2.5B and led large-scale restructuring, KPI harmonization, shared services transformation, and strategic M&A initiatives. His earlier career at Honeywell spanned more than a decade across multiple CFO and VP Finance roles in Aerospace and Transportation Systems, managing multi-billion-dollar global operations, plant networks, and finance transformation programs across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

An MBA graduate from the University of Georgia – Terry College of Business, Olivier brings nearly three decades of global finance leadership experience across multinational industrial, aerospace, automotive, and talent solutions organizations.

With deep expertise in financial transformation, M&A integration, shared services, and performance optimization, Olivier’s leadership is set to strengthen Akkodis’ financial strategy as it engineers a smarter, more sustainable future.
