This leadership appointment marks an important milestone in K2’s next phase of growth, as we continue to strengthen our global operating model, expand strategic client relationships, and accelerate value creation across our Technology and Consulting offerings.
Srinivas brings more than 28 years of international leadership experience across digital, consulting, IT services, and business services. He has a strong track record of driving scalable growth, operational transformation, and performance across complex, multi-market organisations, working closely with boards, sponsors, and executive leadership teams across the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
Most recently, Srinivas served as Chief Business Officer and a member of the Executive Council at LTIMindtree, where he was responsible for growth acceleration, market expansion, strategic customer relationships, and operating performance across a diverse regional footprint. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening go-to-market execution, driving margin discipline, and scaling enterprise client partnerships.
Prior to LTIMindtree, Srinivas held senior leadership roles at Sutherland, Conduent, Capgemini, and Infosys, where he consistently delivered organic and inorganic growth, operating model transformation, and execution at scale in performance-driven environments.
