In addition to her executive roles, Anjna serves as a Strategic Advisor at Careerminds, is a Founding Member of Chief, and continues to provide HR & Talent Development consultancy through Rocket Potential, specialising in job architecture, career progression frameworks, and skills-based development pathways.
