Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, February 2026 – Maha AlQattan has begun her journey as Acting Group Chief People and Culture Officer at ADNOC Group. Under the leadership of H.E. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, she will help drive a culture of innovation and performance that is not only ready for the future of energy but actively shaping it.
In this role, Maha will focus on embedding AI across the organization—moving beyond standalone tools to integrate AI into ADNOC’s operating DNA. The objective is to transform how the Group solves complex challenges, delivers global value, and builds an AI-ready workforce capable of leading the energy transition. Central to this mandate is strengthening the talent ecosystem, accelerating leadership development, fostering organizational agility, and ensuring every employee has the opportunity to thrive.
Prior to this appointment, Maha held multiple global leadership roles at DP World, including Group Chief Sustainability Officer, Group Chief People and Sustainability Officer, and Group Chief People Officer. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in integrating sustainability with people strategy and served on executive boards across DP World UAE Region and international subsidiaries.
She also serves as a board member at ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, UAE Banks Federation, and SEE Holding, and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at GE Power and GE, building strong foundations in transformation, integration, and leadership development across the Middle East and Africa.
Maha holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
