Prior to this appointment, Maha held multiple global leadership roles at DP World, including Group Chief Sustainability Officer, Group Chief People and Sustainability Officer, and Group Chief People Officer. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in integrating sustainability with people strategy and served on executive boards across DP World UAE Region and international subsidiaries.

She also serves as a board member at ADIB – Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, UAE Banks Federation, and SEE Holding, and is a Member of the Board of Trustees at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II). Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at GE Power and GE, building strong foundations in transformation, integration, and leadership development across the Middle East and Africa.
