Delhi NCR, India, February 2026 – Varun Bhutani has been appointed as Head of Legal at YesMadam, marking a significant advancement in his legal leadership journey across high-growth technology and logistics-driven enterprises.
In his new role at YesMadam, Varun will oversee the company’s legal strategy, regulatory compliance framework, contractual governance, and litigation management as the tech-enabled home salon platform scales its operations across India and prepares for its next phase of AI-driven expansion.
Prior to joining YesMadam, Varun served as Head of Legal at Zypp Electric, where he spearheaded strategic legal initiatives to support business growth while strengthening regulatory compliance. He led end-to-end debt transactions, negotiated complex financial and operational lease agreements, and managed the organization’s litigation portfolio, achieving a significant reduction in recovery-related matters.
Earlier, as Chief Manager at Ecom Express Limited, he oversaw comprehensive contract management, litigation, and regulatory matters for the company’s EFS business. His mandate included compliance oversight, licensing, statutory notices management, real estate valuations, and due diligence initiatives aimed at mitigating business risks.
Varun also held key legal leadership roles at OfBusiness, where he served as Deputy Manager – Legal & Secretarial and Assistant Manager – Legal & Secretarial. During this tenure, he drafted and negotiated critical agreements, spearheaded litigation strategy for NBFC and manufacturing acquisitions, and provided strategic counsel on SARFAESI, IBC, and debt recovery matters, securing favorable outcomes in insolvency proceedings.
His earlier professional journey includes roles at Pavan Duggal Associates, where he represented cases before district courts, tribunals, and the Delhi High Court, and as an Academic Associate at Law Pathshala, contributing to structured legal education in corporate and regulatory law.
With experience spanning corporate law, litigation strategy, insolvency frameworks, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk mitigation, Varun brings a robust legal foundation to YesMadam as it strengthens governance while expanding its footprint.
