Long Beach, California, United States, February 2026 – Dirk Thomaere has joined RateGain Travel Technologies Limited as Vice President – Sales, Car & RevAI, strengthening the company’s leadership in AI-powered revenue intelligence solutions for the automotive and car rental ecosystem.
In his new role, Dirk will lead sales for RateGain’s Car and RevAI business across the US market, supporting partners with AI-driven revenue intelligence, advanced data analytics, and decision-enablement capabilities. With over 15 years of international leadership experience, he brings deep expertise in automotive technology, SaaS growth strategy, and scaling next-generation solutions across global markets.
Prior to joining RateGain, Dirk served as Director of Business Development at TSD Mobility Solutions, driving strategic expansion in the mobility and rental technology segment. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Cox Automotive Inc. as Mobility Client Sales Director – Fleetmaster and previously as President & CEO of FleetMaster Software, where he shaped SaaS strategy and expanded enterprise partnerships across rental, leasing, and transportation networks.
His earlier global leadership tenure includes senior executive roles at Toshiba Europe GmbH and Toshiba Information Systems Benelux, where he led large multi-country operations across Europe, managed P&L responsibilities exceeding €1 billion revenue, and drove cross-cultural team alignment, operational restructuring, and strategic market growth.
Dirk is also an active member of the Rotary Club Of Long Beach, reflecting his commitment to community engagement. Outside of work, he is a proud father of four and an avid outdoor enthusiast, often spending weekends on the ocean with his outrigger team or hiking in the mountains.
