In her expanded global role, Natalie will focus on the integration of the MPT platform, driving a cohesive People and Culture strategy across multiple regions. Prior to this promotion, Natalie served as Human Resources Director EMEA at Matcon Limited, where she led strategic HR leadership across the UK, Europe, USA, and Southeast Asia. She also spearheaded site closures, restructuring programs, and launched an Engineering Apprentice scheme.

Natalie previously held senior HR leadership roles at Malvern Panalytical, where she led HR digital transformation initiatives including the implementation of SAP HR across the UK and Europe, digitalised performance appraisal processes, achieved Investors in People Silver Accreditation, and drove award-winning employee engagement initiatives. Her earlier experience includes roles at BMG Research and MapInfo, where she delivered measurable cost savings, strengthened recruitment strategies, and supported multi-country HR operations across EMEA.

With extensive global HR leadership experience spanning digital transformation, organizational design, employee engagement, and strategic workforce planning, Natalie Chatley is well positioned to lead IDEX MPT’s integrated People and Culture agenda across its international footprint.
