Ohio, United States, February 2026 — Misty Hejduk has stepped into the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Buyers Products Company, bringing extensive manufacturing and global HR leadership experience to the organization.
In her new position, Misty will lead the company’s human resources strategy, supporting workforce development, talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence initiatives aligned with Buyers Products Company’s continued growth in the work truck industry.
Prior to joining Buyers Products Company, Misty served as Vice President of Human Resources at INEOS Pigments USA, where she led HR strategy during a dynamic period of operational transformation. She previously held the role of Senior HR Manager at INEOS Pigments’ Ashtabula manufacturing facility, acting as a strategic business partner across staffing, compensation and benefits, employee and labor relations, organizational development, and technical training to support site-level business objectives.
Earlier in her career, Misty held progressive HR and learning leadership roles at Cristal, including Global Performance Manager and Americas Learning & Development Manager. In these roles, she drove global performance management initiatives, embedded learning impact models across regions, and led the launch and administration of enterprise-wide training and development programs. She also led safety, health, environmental, and operations training initiatives at the Ashtabula Complex, aligning workforce capability with operational goals.
Her earlier experience includes leadership and project management roles at Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County and MCPc, where she strengthened operational processes, vendor relationships, and workforce efficiency.
With more than two decades of experience across manufacturing, chemicals, and industrial sectors, Misty Hejduk brings strong expertise in strategic HR leadership, workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and performance-driven culture transformation to Buyers Products Company.
