Hong Kong SAR, February 2026 – Philippe Guettat has been appointed as the permanent Group President and CEO of Bluebell Group, marking a significant leadership milestone for the Asia-focused brand curator and operator.
Philippe has been serving as Group CEO of Bluebell Group since September 2025 and now assumes the permanent Group President and CEO mandate. With decades of global leadership experience across luxury, premium, and consumer brands, he steps into the role at a time when Asian markets continue to play a defining role in global brand growth and retail transformation.
Prior to joining Bluebell Group, Philippe spent nearly 34 years at Pernod Ricard, where he held multiple senior leadership roles across continents. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President Global Brands, following his tenure as Chairman and CEO Pernod Ricard Asia, where he led one of the company’s most strategic regions. He also served as Chairman & CEO of both The ABSOLUT Company and Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët, in addition to leadership roles in China, France, Hong Kong, and Singapore, shaping brand growth strategies across Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Earlier in his career, Philippe held marketing leadership roles at SODIAAL (Yoplait Asia) and Steelcase, building foundational expertise in brand development and international market expansion. He is an alumnus of HEC Paris, one of Europe’s leading business schools.
