United States, March 2026 – Marion C. Terrell II has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at TruSource Foods, stepping into a value-creation mandate within a private equity-backed, high-growth platform.
In his new role, Marion positions HR as a strategic driver of enterprise value — enabling Revenue to grow the business, strengthening Operations to sustain performance, and protecting Culture as the organization expands. The mandate goes beyond traditional HR leadership, focusing on scalability, performance discipline, seamless integration of acquisitions, and building the foundational leadership, systems, and cultural architecture necessary to support TruSource’s rapid growth.
Prior to joining TruSource, Marion served as Chief People Officer at MINT Dentistry, where he built and scaled the company’s first enterprise HR infrastructure across a national healthcare platform. Under his leadership, the organization implemented governance frameworks, HRIS and LMS systems, redesigned total rewards strategies, strengthened leadership pipelines, and advanced digital HR capabilities. MINT Dentistry earned national recognition as one of America’s Most Loved Workplaces, achieving Top 20 national ranking within three years.
Earlier, Marion held executive HR leadership roles at Flagship Facility Services, Jackson, Saputo Dairy Foods (formerly Morningstar/Dean Foods), Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated, CVS Pharmacy, Monsanto, and Ford Motor Company. Across these organizations, he led IPO readiness strategies, large-scale workforce expansions, HR technology transformations (including Workday implementation), labor relations strategy, succession planning for senior leadership, diversity and inclusion platforms, and enterprise-wide organizational redesign initiatives supporting thousands of employees nationwide.
