Hower brings with her a robust background in marketing leadership, particularly in the digital and consumer product sectors. With her appointment, she aims to propel Plexus’s brand to new heights, leveraging her extensive experience in brand management and digital marketing strategies.
Prior to her current role, Hower served as Vice President of Marketing at SOURCE Global from July 2022 to April 2024, where she was instrumental in defining the brand strategy for both B2B and direct-to-consumer markets and managed a significant pipeline focused on innovative home technology and bottled water products. Her efforts there culminated in substantial brand growth and a redefined customer journey across multiple digital platforms.
Before joining SOURCE Global, Hower was the Senior Director of Product Marketing at an undisclosed organization in Scottsdale, where she honed her skills in strategic planning and consumer packaged goods marketing from April 2021 to July 2022. Additionally, she played a pivotal role at Forever Living Products as the Executive Director of Global Marketing, overseeing marketing initiatives across 160 countries and contributing to a notable increase in global sales.
Hower’s earlier career included impactful roles at WR Group and the National MS Society, where she developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies that significantly enhanced brand visibility and market penetration.
