Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2026 — Sameer Madan has joined Intact India as Chief of Finance, Technology and Operations (CFTO) for the India GCC. Based in Gurugram in an on-site capacity, he steps into the role with extensive experience across controllership, global finance operations, compliance and reporting, and finance leadership.
Sameer Madan shared, “I’ve joined Intact as Chief of Finance, IT & Operations (CFTO) for the India GCC.”
Prior to joining Intact India, he served as Principal Advisor at Fractal in a part-time capacity, based in Gurugram. In this role, he supported the shaping of finance-oriented AI solutions by bringing a CFO lens to product design, value articulation, and executive engagement, including contributing to solution refinement aligned to CFO priorities, strengthening value narratives and business-case frameworks, and translating analytical outputs into executive-ready insights.
Earlier, Sameer Madan spent close to 19 years with Agilent Technologies, where he held senior leadership roles across global finance operations. He served as Director: Country Controllership Organization, heading an India-based team handling US GAAP and local legal compliance and reporting for Agilent subsidiaries across the globe. Prior to that, he served as Director – Global Credit, Collections & Accounts Receivables, building deep expertise across credit, collections, and accounts receivable leadership.
