Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, March 2026 – G42, a leading artificial intelligence and cloud computing company based in Abu Dhabi, has appointed Catherine Isaac as Human Capital Director, strengthening its leadership as it continues to expand its global technology and innovation footprint.
In this role, Isaac will lead human capital strategy and organizational development initiatives across the company, supporting the growth of G42’s AI-driven businesses and enabling the company to scale its talent capabilities across global markets.
Isaac brings more than a decade of human resources leadership experience across the Middle East and Africa, with deep expertise in HR strategy, regional workforce leadership, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining G42, she spent more than five years with Bridgestone EMEA, where she most recently served as Regional Human Resources Director for the Middle East & Africa.
During her tenure at Bridgestone, she held several leadership roles including Head of Human Resources – Middle East & Africa, Human Resources Manager – Middle East & Africa, and Human Resources Operations Manager, contributing to regional HR transformation and talent strategy initiatives across multiple markets.
Earlier in her career, Isaac served as Human Resources Manager at MENA Assistance and Regional Head of Human Resources at Madi International, where she led HR operations and talent initiatives across the region. She also gained experience in the hospitality sector as Human Resources Generalist at Marriott International and held HR leadership roles earlier in her career in Egypt.
