Fort Worth, Texas, United States, March 2026 – Apex Capital Corp has appointed Sara Joseph as Chief People Officer, marking a significant leadership milestone for the organization as it continues to strengthen its people strategy and organizational culture.
Joseph has been associated with Apex Capital Corp for more than two decades and steps into this leadership role after serving as Director of Talent Management. In that role, she led the design and implementation of talent and compensation programs, supported workforce planning, and collaborated with senior leadership to shape the organization’s compensation philosophy and talent strategy.
Prior to that, Joseph served as Senior Talent Development Manager at Apex Capital Corp, where she focused on identifying talent gaps, designing corporate learning initiatives, and developing succession planning frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines across the organization.
Earlier in her career with the company, Joseph held the position of Talent Development Manager, leading employee training programs, developing learning systems, and driving initiatives to enhance workforce capability and career development opportunities within the organization.
Joseph began her career at Apex Capital Corp in operational and underwriting roles, including Underwriting Manager and Underwriter, where she gained deep experience in financial operations and client risk evaluation while supporting the company’s core factoring services for transportation businesses.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and an MBA in Management from Texas Christian University.
