Miami, Florida, United States, September 2024 – Carlos Vezzelli has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Head of People Experience at Banco do Brasil Americas. In this new role, Carlos will lead the development and implementation of strategies that enhance employee experience, foster engagement, and drive the company’s people-centric culture across its U.S. operations.
Before this appointment, Carlos served as VP, Head of People Experience at Banco do Brasil Americas for 6 months, where he spearheaded numerous HR initiatives and optimized employee engagement across the bank’s U.S. branches.
Prior to joining Banco do Brasil, Carlos spent over 9 years at Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, where he held several key positions, including Regional Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Supervisor. His career also includes roles in aviation management at Lider Aviation and TAM Aviação Executiva, where he managed sales, client relations, and customer support for private aviation services.
Carlos began his career as a Law Clerk at Trench Rossi Watanabe, gaining valuable legal experience in consumer defense, environmental consulting, and mergers & acquisitions.
