In her current position at GB Corp, Guddha is focused on shaping the internal communications roadmap, building stronger channels for two-way dialogue, and enabling culture-led engagement initiatives that reinforce shared purpose and belonging across teams.

Prior to that, Guddha held leadership roles in marketing communications, including serving as Director Marketing Communications at Travco Group International, and spent nearly a decade with Vodafone in internal and marketing communication responsibilities—strengthening her foundation in engagement strategy, event-based community building, stakeholder management, and communications execution.
