Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 — Ramoji Film City has announced the appointment of Nita Baluni as Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, Baluni will lead HR strategy across the organization’s films, entertainment, and hospitality divisions, driving organizational growth, strengthening talent management, and advancing people-centric initiatives to support business priorities.
With over three decades of experience spanning hospitality and entertainment, Baluni brings deep expertise in strategic HR leadership, talent development, and organizational transformation. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Human Resources at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, where she contributed to people strategy and HR leadership across the business.
Before that, she worked as a Human Resources Business Consultant as a freelancer, supporting HR and recruitment-focused engagements. She also held the position of General Manager – Corporate HR at The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, and earlier served as Regional Head – Resort HR at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, strengthening on-ground HR leadership across resort operations.
Her extensive earlier career includes nearly a decade with IHG Hotels & Resorts as Area Director of Human Resources, where she oversaw HR across multiple hotels in North and West – South West Asia. She has also held senior HR leadership roles at Avis India (The Oberoi Group) as AVP – Human Resources, along with earlier positions at Radisson and Hyatt Regency, building a strong foundation in pre-opening HR leadership, employee relations, and operational HR excellence.
