Atlanta, Georgia, United States, March 2026 – Corinthian Capital Partners has appointed Kasey Farriba as Chief People Officer (CPO), strengthening its leadership as the firm continues to scale high-growth, tech-enabled business services companies.
In her new role, Kasey will lead the firm’s people strategy, organizational design, and talent development initiatives, playing a key role in building scalable, high-performing teams that align with Corinthian’s investment and growth strategy.
In her current role at Corinthian Capital Partners, Kasey Farriba steps in as Chief People Officer, bringing strong expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and people operations to support the firm’s portfolio growth and operational excellence.
Prior to this, she served as Director of People Operations at Groth, Makarenko, Kaiser and Eidex, where she led organizational design, talent acquisition, HR systems, and compliance, building scalable people practices aligned with firm growth and risk management.
She also founded Hireguide, where she built and scaled a career consulting and coaching business, delivering services across resume writing, interview coaching, and talent advisory for clients across industries, while also designing operational structures and growth strategies.
Earlier, she worked as People Operations Manager at adtechnacity, where she developed end-to-end people strategies, drove culture-building initiatives, and significantly scaled workforce growth while enhancing employee engagement and onboarding processes.
She also held roles at Meta as Technical Sourcer and at The Intersect Group, gaining strong expertise in talent acquisition, candidate experience, and recruitment strategy, while building early career foundations through operational and client-facing roles.
Kasey holds a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia – Franklin College of Arts and Sciences, providing a strong academic foundation in organizational behavior and people strategy.
