New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2026 — T9L Venture Builder has appointed Ashok Vishwakarma as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Ashok will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, leveraging his foundation in tech consulting and deep software architecture expertise to build scalable products and high-performing teams.
As Chief Technology Officer at T9L Venture Builder, Ashok Vishwakarma will define the technology roadmap and product development strategy, act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership by translating technical priorities into actionable business outcomes, and optimize engineering workflows, automation, and delivery pipelines to improve efficiency. He will also focus on cultivating a tech-forward culture centred on continuous learning and innovation.
Before joining T9L Venture Builder, Ashok Vishwakarma served as Founder, CTO at Impulsive Web, where he directed technology strategy for multiple startups and helped transform early-stage ideas into market-ready MVPs and scalable platforms. His work included scaling engineering teams for modern stacks, delivering an AI-powered RAG knowledge base using Neo4j and LLMs, and architecting platforms across LegalTech SaaS, fintech/creator economy, and CleanTech AI domains.
Earlier, he worked at Adobe as a Senior Computer Scientist, where he engineered architectural enhancements to scale Adobe Campaign’s cloud offering and optimized cloud infrastructure and system performance to support high availability for critical marketing automation workflows.
He also served as Vice President of Engineering at dhani, where he contributed to launching Dhani Pharmacy, aligned technology initiatives with aggressive business growth targets, and modernized engineering workflows to accelerate delivery cycles.
Prior to this, Ashok Vishwakarma held leadership and architecture responsibilities at Naukri.com, contributing as Principal Architect and AVP – Engineering, where he designed and deployed large-scale engineering solutions, initiated TypeScript migration and design systems across portfolio businesses, and supervised technology teams delivering high-traffic systems.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Exponential, contributing as a principal contributor focused on automation systems for build, test, and deployment, and developing low-latency platforms to improve delivery and user experience. He also served at Paytm as a Senior Technical Architect, leading end-to-end system and architecture design for the Paytm Payments Bank launch while establishing the foundational neobanking platform with regulatory and security alignment.
He previously worked with PayU Payments Private Limited as a Tech Lead, delivering white-labeled payment solutions and architecting routing and gateway monitoring systems to improve transaction success rates. Earlier, he contributed as a Senior UI/UX/JavaScript Engineer in a client-facing environment, supporting custom JavaScript development and modernization of legacy applications.
