Hyderabad, Telangana, India, March 2026 – ECMAS Group has appointed Kanika Mathur as Head, People Experience, strengthening its focus on building a people-centric culture as the organization continues to grow across construction chemicals, specialty materials, and real estate development.

This appointment reflects ECMAS Group’s commitment to enhancing employee experience, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness, aligning with its vision of delivering excellence through empowered and high-performing teams.

Kanika Mathur joins ECMAS Group after serving as DGM Growth at AMS, where she contributed to driving business growth initiatives and strategic talent alignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Prior to this, she held the role of Head of HR at IPLIX Media, where she led the HR function, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations during a critical growth phase of the organization.

She also worked as Talent Acquisition Manager at Fareportal, where she specialized in employer branding and niche talent acquisition, supporting the organization’s hiring needs across key business functions.

Earlier, Kanika served as Senior Manager HRBP at Delhivery and Manager at JLL India, gaining strong experience in HR business partnering, operations, and workforce management across large-scale and diverse organizational setups.

She began her career at Infosys as a Process Specialist, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, process excellence, and corporate environments, shaping her early professional journey.

Role and Impact

As Head, People Experience, Kanika will lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture building, talent development, and HR transformation, ensuring that ECMAS continues to deliver on its promise of customer excellence through a motivated and future-ready workforce.

Her diverse experience across technology, logistics, consulting, and media sectors positions her well to drive innovative people practices aligned with business growth.
