St. Petersburg, Florida, United States, September 2025 — Sheryl Butchin has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at R’Club Child Care Inc, where she will lead HR strategy, workforce engagement, and organizational culture in alignment with the organization’s mission of nurturing young minds and building strong communities.
Most recently, Sheryl served as Human Resources Director at Encompass Health, where she aligned HR strategy with business objectives, led retention initiatives, and introduced leadership development programs. She also strengthened employee engagement and DEI initiatives, ensuring compliance with evolving HR policies while driving measurable improvements in workforce performance and retention.
Before that, she was Senior Human Resources Business Partner – Global Customer Service at Forensic Technology, Inc., a global leader in automated ballistics and forensic identification technology. During her tenure, she supported global HR operations across multiple regions including the USA, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Thailand, and Switzerland.
Earlier in her career, Sheryl developed her HR expertise across multinational environments, focusing on talent development, compliance, workforce planning, and employee relations. Her experience spans healthcare, technology, and service industries, equipping her with a strong foundation in global HR leadership and operational excellence.
