In this role, she will focus on strengthening organizational alignment, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enabling transformation initiatives that translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
Emily Alloy Fox has been a part of Comcast for close to nine years, most recently serving as Director, Program Management – People & Change Integration, where she played a pivotal role in leading strategic HR programs and transformation initiatives. She worked closely with senior leadership to enhance employee experience, drive organizational change, and ensure alignment between people strategies and business priorities.
Prior to this, she held leadership roles in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery at Comcast, where she was responsible for building resilience frameworks, leading crisis management initiatives, and strengthening operational continuity across global operations. Her work involved collaborating across multiple geographies and functions to ensure preparedness and effective response during critical business disruptions.
Earlier in her career, Emily gained significant experience with the Philadelphia Office of Emergency Management, where she contributed to large-scale public safety initiatives, disaster response planning, and recovery frameworks. Her role involved managing complex, high-impact situations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational readiness.
She also brings early experience from roles in public health and emergency response domains, contributing to research and planning initiatives that supported large-scale coordination and crisis management efforts.
