In her new role, she will focus on driving strategic growth initiatives, strengthening client partnerships, and enhancing ANAROCK’s positioning in the competitive real estate advisory landscape.
Harshada Pimpalkhare joins ANAROCK after serving as Senior Director at Colliers, where she spent over four years building deep expertise in real estate consulting and advisory. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in managing client relationships, delivering strategic advisory solutions, and contributing to business expansion across key markets.
Prior to Colliers, she held the role of Director at JLL, where she spent around six years strengthening her credentials in real estate advisory. Her work at JLL involved driving client engagement, delivering high-impact consulting assignments, and contributing to the firm’s growth in India’s dynamic real estate sector.
Earlier in her career, Harshada combined her industry expertise with academia, serving as a Visiting Lecturer and Faculty at L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, where she contributed to shaping future professionals while maintaining strong industry engagement. Simultaneously, she held roles such as Business Development Manager at ANA Designs Pvt. Ltd. and Corporate Communications Manager at Merino Industries Limited, building a strong foundation in business development and communication strategy.
Her professional journey began in architecture and design, with roles as an Interior Project Architect and Assistant Project Architect, reflecting a strong grounding in design thinking, project execution, and creative problem-solving—skills that continue to influence her strategic approach in real estate advisory.
