Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Raymond Limited has appointed Sarita Tripathi as Chief Human Resources Officer for its Aerospace & Precision Engineering business. In this role, she will lead the people agenda for Raymond’s engineering business as the group continues strengthening capabilities across precision engineering and aerospace manufacturing.
Sarita brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, telecom, consulting, and global industrial companies. At Raymond Limited, her mandate will focus on building a future-ready people strategy, strengthening leadership and capability development, and supporting talent, culture and HR governance aligned to business growth priorities.
Before joining Raymond Limited, Sarita served as CHRO | President at Finolex Industries Limited, where she led HR for a large listed organization with 5,000+ employees across multiple plants and offices in India. Her responsibilities covered the HR mandate for a diversified manufacturing business operating across B2C and B2B segments.
Earlier, she worked at Capgemini as Vice President | Head HR | Financial Services, where she was responsible for a workforce base of more than 41,000 employees across multiple business units and regions, including Continental Europe and APAC, spanning insurance, banking, and technology.
Prior to that, she served at Vodafone Idea Limited as Vice President | HRBP | Head Culture, D&I, Communications & EXX, where she led work across culture, inclusion and diversity, internal communications, and employee experience, while also handling HRBP responsibilities.
She also held leadership roles at Vodafone, including serving as Vice President | Head HR for Maharashtra & Goa, and contributed to HR responsibilities linked to merger and acquisition and talent priorities.
Her earlier journey includes significant experience with Tata Motors, where she served as Head HR for Passenger Vehicles Business Unit (Pan India) and earlier as AGM & Head HR Operations | Commercial Vehicles, supporting large manufacturing ecosystems and multi-location operations.
She has also held global and regional HR leadership roles at Topaz Energy and Marine (Group Head Compensation & Benefits across Caspian, MENA and global locations) and CNH Industrial (Head Talent, Compensation & Benefits | Asia Pacific, with HRBP responsibilities across Singapore, Thailand, and Korea). Her early career includes HR leadership roles at Mitsubishi Electric and Johnson Matthey, including international assignment exposure.
Alongside her corporate leadership journey, Sarita also serves as a Strategic Partner (pro bono) across multiple organisations.
