Princeton, New Jersey, United States, March 2026 – Arun Antony has started a new position as Head of Human Resources – North America at Coforge, strengthening the company’s leadership in driving people strategy across one of its key global markets.
In this role, Arun will lead HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives across North America, supporting Coforge’s continued growth and transformation as a global digital services leader.
Prior to joining Coforge, Arun Antony founded axyle, where he focused on building innovative approaches to talent and organizational strategy.
Earlier, he served as SVP & CHRO – Americas at Eviden and Atos, where he led HR strategy across the Americas region, driving large-scale transformation, talent strategy, and organizational alignment in complex global environments.
He also held multiple leadership roles at Atos Syntel, including Vice President – Human Resources and Head of HR for North America & Europe, where he led global talent acquisition, HR operations, and workforce strategy across geographies and business functions.
Before that, Arun spent over eight years at Syntel, taking on progressive leadership roles including General Manager – Human Resources and Head of HR for global business units, managing HR strategy across multiple industries and international markets.
Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles at Quscient Technologies, Aricent, HCL Technologies, Quintegra Solutions, and Esix Technologies, building deep expertise in global HR operations, talent management, and organizational transformation.
