Pune, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 – Pratyush P has been promoted to Associate Vice President – Marketing at Persistent Systems, marking a significant milestone in his nearly two-decade-long journey with the organization.
In his new role as Associate Vice President – Marketing, Pratyush P will lead strategic marketing initiatives, further strengthening Persistent’s brand positioning and driving growth across global markets.
Prior to this promotion, he served as a Corporate Marketing Leader at Persistent Systems, where he played a critical role in shaping corporate marketing strategy and supporting leadership transitions through impactful initiatives across branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
Earlier, he led Employer Branding and Talent Marketing, positioning Persistent as an ‘Employer of Choice’, while strengthening talent engagement and brand perception in a competitive digital engineering landscape.
Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles within Persistent Systems, including Software & Hi-Tech Marketing Leader, Marketing Analytics and Operations Leader, and Associate Senior Manager – Marketing, where he built and scaled marketing capabilities across digital presence, analyst relations, corporate communications, and demand generation.
His journey began with foundational roles such as Strategist and Analyst – Marketing, where he contributed to demand generation, content strategy, and marketing operations, steadily growing into a key marketing leader within the organization.
Pratyush P holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, providing a strong academic foundation for his extensive marketing leadership career.
