Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, March 2026 – Jubilant Bhartia Group has announced the appointment of Mansi Gandhi as Associate Director – Talent & Organization Development, marking a strategic move to strengthen its talent and organizational effectiveness agenda across its diverse global businesses. In her new role, Mansi will focus on advancing organizational effectiveness, strategic talent development, and future-ready workforce capabilities.
Prior to this appointment, Mansi Gandhi served as Lead – Learning Development and Talent Management at National Stock Exchange of India Limited, where she spent over three years leading enterprise-wide learning and talent initiatives. Her work centered on leadership development, training needs analysis, and strengthening talent management frameworks aligned with organizational priorities.
Before joining NSE, Mansi built significant leadership depth at Reliance Industries Limited, where she spent around seven years across multiple roles, including DGM – Learning and Development, Senior Manager – Learning & Development, and Capability Development Manager. During her tenure, she designed and implemented organizational learning strategies aligned with business goals, led large-scale future-ready workforce initiatives with high employee participation in emerging technologies such as Data Science, ML/AI, Flutter, and Angular, and developed personalized, role-based capability-building frameworks. She also collaborated closely with business leaders to identify competency gaps, drove engagement through innovative learning channels, and established robust evaluation frameworks including the Kirkpatrick Model, achieving high Net Promoter Scores. Her work further included managing learning budgets, leveraging HR analytics tools, and organizing impactful learning interventions such as leadership programs and enterprise-wide learning events.
Earlier in her career, Mansi spent over five years with Nucleus Software, where she progressed from Management Trainee to HR Senior Executive – Learning & Development. She played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational learning strategies, leading competency mapping initiatives, designing global OD interventions, and building structured learning frameworks including Learning Management Systems. She also contributed to talent acquisition during her early tenure, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and gaining exposure to IT hiring.
Mansi holds a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Development from ICFAI Business School, further strengthening her expertise in strategic HR and organizational development.
