Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Snowflake has elevated Aditi Mamtora to the role of Principal People Partner. Based in Pune, she will continue partnering with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational priorities, strengthen talent outcomes, and support high-performing teams as Snowflake scales its presence and capabilities.
Aditi has been with Snowflake for over two years, progressing through people partnering leadership roles. Prior to her current appointment as Principal People Partner, she served as Senior People Partner, and earlier worked as an HR Business Partner, where her remit included acting as a consultant to business stakeholders and aligning HR practices to business goals.
Before joining Snowflake, Aditi spent nearly 13 years with Cummins India, building extensive HR leadership experience across corporate engineering and line functions. Her roles included Human Resources Business Partner – Corporate Engineering, HR Leader – India ABO Line Functions, and leadership positions with Cummins Generator Technologies India Private Limited and the Industrial Engine Business Unit, covering talent management, HR operations excellence, HRBP responsibilities, and inclusion-focused initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she completed a Summer Internship with Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd. and also worked as a Business Development Executive with M. B. Optics Pvt. Ltd.
