In his elevated role as Vice President & Cluster Head at Bandhan Bank, Rajvardhan Pandey will continue to lead retail branch banking operations, driving CASA growth, new-to-bank acquisition, HNI relationship management, and branch profitability across his cluster. His leadership spans managing multiple branches and mentoring large teams to deliver consistent business performance.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Cluster Head at Bandhan Bank, where he successfully led retail banking operations across 11 branches, managing and mentoring over 90+ team members. His role focused on driving revenue growth through retail assets, third-party products, and insurance solutions, while ensuring strong operational governance including audit, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Earlier, he held multiple leadership roles at Axis Bank over nearly a decade, including Branch Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Wealth Manager, and Relationship Manager. During this tenure, he built deep expertise in wealth management, customer relationship building, and retail banking operations, contributing significantly to business growth and customer engagement.
With over 18 years of experience in retail banking, Rajvardhan has developed strong capabilities in multi-branch leadership, high-value client engagement, retail asset management, and operational excellence, making him a key leader in Bandhan Bank’s growth journey.
He holds an MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University, strengthening his foundation in financial management and banking operations.
