Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Geetika Hans has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at VLCC, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and culture as it continues its growth journey.
In this leadership role, Geetika Hans will spearhead VLCC’s global people agenda, talent transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives, playing a pivotal role in shaping a high-performance, people-centric culture aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Prior to joining VLCC, Geetika Hans served as Chief People Officer at MPS Limited, where she led enterprise-wide HR strategy, focusing on talent, culture, and organizational transformation.
She brings extensive experience from her nearly six-year tenure at OYO, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Head HR for Vacation Homes, Technology & Product, and Corporate functions. During her time at OYO, she played a critical role in driving HR strategy across global and corporate functions, leading diversity initiatives, and enabling organizational scalability in a fast-growing environment.
Earlier, she spent close to nine years at Accenture, where she held roles spanning HR Business Partnering, Talent Strategy, and Management Consulting. She worked across global businesses, driving large-scale HR transformation programs, talent management frameworks, and organizational design initiatives.
She began her career at GE Capital, where she developed strong foundations in HR operations, compensation strategy, workforce management, and policy design.
Geetika Hans holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, one of India’s premier business schools.
