Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Snoden Gonsalves has joined Schindler India as Assistant General Manager – Human Resources, strengthening the company’s HR leadership as it continues to scale operations and enhance its people strategy in India.
In this role, Snoden will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategy for the corporate office and West region, aligning people practices with business growth, performance, and employee experience objectives.
Prior to joining Schindler India, Snoden served as National Manager – Human Resources at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, where he partnered closely with business and transformation teams to drive HR strategy, performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and people analytics across key business segments.
Before that, he spent over six years with IndiaFirst Life Insurance as Senior Manager – Human Resources, leading HR initiatives for a large workforce across India. In this role, he was instrumental in talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational development, policy formulation, and employee engagement, while also building strong partnerships with senior leadership.
Earlier in his career, Snoden worked with Repro India Limited as Assistant Manager – Human Resources, where he managed recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics initiatives, contributing to improved productivity and retention.
He began his HR journey with Kotak Mahindra Prime as an HR Executive, gaining foundational experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
Snoden holds an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in HR & Operations from the Indian School of Business & Administration, reflecting a strong academic foundation in HR leadership and organizational management.
