Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Harmeet Singh Bedi has been promoted to Executive Vice President – Investment Sales India at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, marking a significant milestone in his long-standing journey with the organization.
In this expanded role, Harmeet will lead investment sales across India, focusing on strategic transactions, capital deployment, and advisory within the hospitality real estate sector. His elevation reflects JLL’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership in hospitality investment advisory and transaction excellence in one of the world’s fastest-growing markets.
Harmeet has been associated with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group for several years, steadily progressing through leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, where he played a key role in driving transaction advisory and strengthening investor relationships across the hospitality sector.
Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Director, contributing significantly to hospitality investment transactions, deal structuring, and advisory mandates, further enhancing JLL’s market presence in India. His earlier stint as Director – Hotels & Hospitality Group at JLL India involved handling sale, purchase, lease, and debt & equity transactions within the hospitality space.
Before joining JLL, Harmeet was Vice President at Brookfield Financial, where he worked on hospitality advisory and structured transactions, successfully executing deals involving large-scale hotel portfolios and financing structures.
He began his career with Mahajan & Aibara, where he spent over a decade building deep expertise in hospitality consulting, feasibility studies, valuations, and transaction advisory. During his tenure, he contributed to the expansion of the firm’s hospitality practice into operator search, asset management, and strategic advisory, working across diverse sectors including hospitality, travel, tourism, aviation, and logistics.
His early experience also includes operational exposure in the hospitality business through Hotel Diplomat & Café Downtown, giving him a strong foundation in both operations and advisory within the sector.
With over two decades of experience, Harmeet brings deep domain expertise, strong transaction capabilities, and a nuanced understanding of hospitality assets, positioning him to drive JLL’s investment sales strategy in India.
