Stockholm, Sweden, April 2026 — Sara J. has been promoted to the role of Chief People & Culture Officer at Voi Technology, marking a significant step in her leadership journey within the organization. In this role, she will continue to lead the company’s global people strategy, culture, and talent initiatives as part of the executive leadership team, supporting Voi’s mission of building sustainable urban mobility solutions.
Prior to this promotion, Sara J. served as Vice President People & Culture at Voi Technology, where she led the People & Culture function and drove impactful strategies focused on enabling employees to thrive. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping a people-first culture aligned with Voi’s purpose-driven vision of creating greener, healthier cities.
Earlier, she held multiple leadership roles within Voi Technology, including Director of HR, Head of HR Operations & Talent Development, and Head of HR Operations, reflecting a strong and consistent progression within the organization. Across these roles, she contributed to building scalable HR frameworks, strengthening talent development, and enhancing employee experience.
Before joining Voi, Sara J. worked with Visma, where she served as Director Business Unit Consulting, holding full P&L responsibility for the IT consulting business and leading multiple consulting teams. She also served as Director of HR Custom Solutions Sweden, further strengthening her expertise in HR leadership and business alignment.
Her earlier career includes roles at Kronans Apotek as Senior HR Business Partner, at Teleperformance as Staffing Manager Nordic Region and Recruitment Manager, and at AB Stokab as Project Manager, building a solid foundation in HR, recruitment, and organizational development.
