New York, United States, April 2026 — Adrienne Donova has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Microblink, where she will lead the organization’s global people strategy, culture, and talent agenda as the company continues to scale its identity intelligence platform across global markets.
Prior to this role, Adrienne Donova served as Vice President, Global People & Culture / Head of HR at Microblink for over four years, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth and innovation. Her leadership contributed to strengthening organizational culture, building scalable HR frameworks, and supporting Microblink’s expansion across 195+ countries.
Before joining Microblink, she spent nearly eight years at Tapad, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President, People / Head of HR. During her tenure, she led the people function through significant organizational milestones, including acquisitions by Telenor and later Experian, while building a strong HR foundation to support global growth and digital identity innovation.
Earlier in her career, Adrienne Donova worked with ?What If! Innovation (part of Accenture), where she contributed to people and talent initiatives supporting organizations focused on growth and innovation. She began her career in HR with roles at Nyack Union Free School District, building a strong foundation in human resources operations and employee engagement.
