Pune, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Khanderao Shinde has started a new position as Chief Technology Officer at Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd, bringing extensive experience across manufacturing operations, automation, robotics, mechatronics, quality, logistics, field services, customer support, and technology-led industrial execution.
In his new role at Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd, Khanderao Shinde will support technology, automation, manufacturing excellence, and operational innovation as the company continues to strengthen its global seafood processing, surimi, value-added seafood, and marine bio-products capabilities.
Before joining Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd, Khanderao spent more than 13 years with Wipro PARI, where he held leadership roles including Director of Manufacturing Operations, Head – Build / Quality / Logistics / Field Services, and Head – Build. His work included building automation and robotics lines for EV battery manufacturing, engine and transmission assembly lines, robotic welding lines, gantry systems, robotics machine tending lines, manufacturing operations, team leadership, and P&L responsibility.
Earlier, Khanderao served as DGM – Automation & System Management at KLT Automotive & Tubular Products (South Africa) Pty. Ltd., where he handled plant automation involving Yaskawa robots, transfer systems, jigs and fixtures, and press shop operations.
Prior to this, he spent more than 10 years with PARI as Head – Customer Support, leading commissioning and service teams across India and supporting automation systems delivery and customer service excellence.
