In her new role, Dana Bethune will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on enhancing HR systems, developing leadership capabilities, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring teams are empowered to deliver meaningful outcomes in service of children, youth, and families.

Prior to joining Adelphoi, she served as Head of People & Culture at Free Market Health, where she built and scaled HR functions in a high-growth environment, driving significant workforce expansion and implementing scalable talent and performance management systems.
Earlier, she spent over five years at ConnectiveRx, holding leadership roles including Vice President, People & Culture and Vice President Human Resources, where she led enterprise-wide HR, culture, and DEI strategies while partnering closely with executive leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
She also held HR leadership roles at Connors Group and spent over a decade at Net Health, where she built deep expertise in talent management, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
With a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business outcomes, Dana Bethune’s appointment reflects Adelphoi’s continued commitment to building a purpose-driven, high-impact workforce.
