Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, April 2026 — Tammy Redpath has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at EVEREVE, bringing with her over three decades of leadership experience across marketing, brand strategy, and enterprise transformation.
In her new role, Tammy will lead the company’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer engagement initiatives, supporting EVEREVE’s continued growth across its retail and digital channels.
Prior to joining EVEREVE, Tammy Redpath served as Chief Executive Officer at Inside Edge Commercial Interior Services, where she led business transformation and growth initiatives.
She also worked as an independent Leadership and Brand Consultant, advising organizations on strategic positioning and brand-led growth. Earlier, she served as Chief Engagement Officer at Lakeshore Learning Materials, where she drove enterprise strategy across people, culture, and capabilities to accelerate organizational scaling.
Tammy’s most extensive and impactful tenure was with Target, where she spent over three decades in progressive leadership roles. As Senior Vice President, Marketing, she led cross-functional global marketing strategies, advanced loyalty platforms like Target Circle, and delivered highly personalized customer experiences at scale.
She also served as President, Target India, where she led a large global capability center of over 3,500 employees, driving enterprise-wide innovation and operational excellence across technology, digital, finance, marketing, and supply chain functions. In earlier roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President – Target Creative & Marketing Operations, she led global marketing teams and built impactful brand experiences, including overseeing Target’s in-house creative agency.
Her early career at Target included leadership roles in marketing operations, merchandising, and store management, giving her a well-rounded understanding of retail strategy and execution.
With a proven track record in brand building, customer engagement, and large-scale marketing transformation, Tammy brings a powerful blend of strategic vision and execution excellence to EVEREVE.
