Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States, April 2026 — Jocelyn Miller has been appointed as Chief People Officer at EVEREVE, marking a significant leadership addition as the company continues to scale its people and culture strategy across its growing retail footprint.
In her new role, Jocelyn will lead the organization’s people agenda, focusing on talent strategy, culture building, leadership development, and enabling high-performance teams across stores and digital platforms.
Prior to joining EVEREVE, Jocelyn Miller spent nearly two decades at Target, where she held multiple senior HR leadership roles across merchandising, supply chain, and talent acquisition functions.
In her most recent roles as Senior Director, Human Resources – Merchandising and Senior Director, Human Resources – Supply Chain, she played a critical role in building talent pipelines, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting large-scale, high-performing business units. Her leadership contributed to enabling workforce strategies across complex and fast-evolving retail environments.
Earlier at Target, she served as Senior Group Manager – Human Resources Merchandise Planning, where she led HR support for the merchandise planning organization, focusing on talent development and organizational effectiveness. She also held roles in Talent Acquisition for Marketing, Digital and Technology, and as HR Manager, where she supported digital transformation initiatives and core HR operations.
Before her long tenure at Target, Jocelyn served as HR Manager at SoftBrands, where she led HR functions across the Americas, including talent management, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, and payroll, while also managing the integration of domestic and international acquisitions.
She holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) in Human Resource Development from University of Minnesota, reflecting her strong academic foundation in people development and organizational effectiveness.
With deep expertise in HR leadership across retail and enterprise environments, Jocelyn brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and shaping strong organizational cultures.
