With over 24 years of distinguished leadership at Unilever, Srinandan steps into this global role after serving as Executive Director – Home Care, South Asia at HUL, where he successfully led business operations across India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.
Throughout his tenure at Unilever and HUL, Srinandan has held several pivotal leadership positions spanning brand building, customer development, and category growth. His earlier roles include Executive Director – Foods & Refreshments (South Asia), Executive Director – Customer Development, and Vice President – Skin Care, where he was responsible for driving topline performance, strategic innovation, and large-scale market development across diverse product portfolios.
