Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom,May 2026 — Melissa Daly has been promoted to Head of Resourcing and Talent Acquisition at KBR, Inc., marking a significant milestone in her long-standing career with the global science, technology, and engineering solutions provider. In this elevated role, Melissa will oversee enterprise-wide talent acquisition, strategic workforce planning, and resourcing functions, supporting KBR’s continued expansion across critical sectors including nuclear, engineering, oil and gas, construction, and defense.
Melissa has spent over 12 years with KBR, Inc., steadily advancing through key leadership positions. Prior to her promotion, she served as Strategic Resourcing Manager – Nuclear, where she managed talent strategy for KBR’s nuclear sector and served as Head of Resourcing for the KAD Nuclear joint venture. Her work focused on delivering specialized workforce solutions across the UK and Middle East while supporting highly complex and strategically important projects.
Earlier, Melissa served as Regional Resource Manager and Senior Recruiter for KBR’s Middle East operations based in Dubai, where she led regional recruitment strategies across multiple business units and collaborated closely with leadership to identify and secure critical talent.
In parallel, Melissa has served as Head of Resourcing for KAD Nuclear, strengthening strategic recruitment across major nuclear and defense partnerships. Prior to KBR, she built her recruitment and talent expertise through leadership roles at Aspiriti, Hays Oil & Gas, Eximius Group, Modis International, and Holtby Turner, specializing in construction, engineering, technical recruitment, and executive consulting.
