Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2026 — Tavishi Budhiraja has been promoted to Vice President, HR Business Partner – Revenue Functions & DEI at Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI), marking a significant elevation in her long-standing HR leadership journey with the media and entertainment network.
Tavishi has been associated with Sony Pictures Networks India for over 15 years, building deep expertise in HR business partnering, revenue function support, talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. Prior to this promotion, she served as AVP, HR Business Partner – Ad Sales, Lead – Diversity & Inclusion, where she supported business-aligned people strategies and strengthened SPNI’s DEI agenda.
Earlier at SPNI, Tavishi served as Human Resources Business Partner – Ad Sales, contributing to people strategy, HR operations, stakeholder partnership, and workforce initiatives for more than a decade. Her sustained growth within the organization reflects her strong understanding of the business and her ability to align HR practices with evolving commercial priorities.
Before joining SPNI, Tavishi worked with Reliance Communications as Deputy Manager, where she gained foundational corporate HR and business experience.
