In his expanded role, Soumyajit will lead client partnerships, business development, strategic consulting, and growth initiatives, further strengthening Native’s impact across industries and deepening its advisory capabilities.
Soumyajit has been associated with Native for over five years, where he has demonstrated consistent growth across multiple leadership roles, progressing from Consultant to Associate Principal, then Principal, and now Associate Director. Throughout this journey, he has played a key role in driving business growth and building strong client relationships across sectors.
Prior to joining Native, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Senior Manager, where he managed UHNI and HNI client portfolios, building deep expertise in relationship management and financial advisory.
Earlier, he served as Manager at HDFC Bank, where he handled both B2B and HNW client portfolios across investments, markets, and forex, strengthening his foundation in financial services and client engagement.
He began his professional career at Tata Consultancy Services, where he held roles including Systems Engineer and Project Manager, gaining early exposure to technology, infrastructure management, and operations.
Soumyajit has completed an advanced program in Fintech and Blockchain Technology from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, where he achieved a top percentile grade. He also holds an MBA (PGDM) in Rural Management from Welingkar Institute of Management, equipping him with a strong foundation in management and strategy.
