Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — Abhijeet Sethi has taken on expanded responsibilities at Encube Ethicals as Head – Global Supply Chain & CDMO Business. Along with his role as Global Supply Chain Head, he will now also lead the CDMO Business, with end-to-end ownership of the CDMO P&L.
Abhijeet joined Encube Ethicals in 2025 as Head – Global Supply Chain, where he has been leading supply chain strategy, operational planning, and global execution for the integrated pharmaceutical company.
Before joining Encube, Abhijeet spent nearly 12 years with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where he held multiple leadership roles across strategic sourcing, external manufacturing, product sourcing, demand planning, logistics, business development, product strategy, project management, and executive leadership support.
Earlier, he also gained corporate strategy experience through his internship with MSD. Abhijeet holds an Executive Program in Advanced Program in Supply Chain Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy + MBA from NMIMS.
