Rajneesh Sharma elevated to Chief Technology Officer at Campus Activewear Ltd

Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2025 — Rajneesh Sharma has taken over as Chief Technology Officer at Campus Activewear Ltd, marking another milestone in his accomplished career in technology and digital transformation. In his new role, he will lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, digital innovation, and IT transformation initiatives aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and enhancing customer experiences for one of India’s leading sports and athleisure footwear brands.

Rajneesh has been associated with Campus Activewear Ltd for over four years, playing a pivotal role in shaping its technology roadmap. Beginning as Head of Information Technology, he advanced to Vice President – Information Technology before assuming his new position as Chief Technology Officer. Throughout this journey, he has been instrumental in integrating advanced digital solutions, modernizing infrastructure, and driving initiatives that align technology with business growth.

Before joining Campus Activewear, Rajneesh served as Chief Information Officer at DLF Brands Ltd, where he led IT strategy and infrastructure modernization across multiple retail brands. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years with ITC Limited, where he contributed to technology operations and projects in the company’s Lifestyle Retailing Business Division—strengthening enterprise applications, retail technology systems, and supply chain integration.

Earlier in his career, Rajneesh held leadership roles at Sunstar Overseas Ltd. and began his professional journey as a Software Engineer at Digvijay Systems & Services Pvt. Ltd. His progressive career across retail, FMCG, and consumer businesses reflects his expertise in leveraging technology for operational agility, scalability, and innovation.

As CTO, Rajneesh will focus on accelerating Campus Activewear’s digital transformation journey, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making, automation, and customer-centric innovation—supporting the brand’s mission to redefine India’s movement culture through technology-enabled excellence.
