Delhi, India, May 2026 — Abhilash Bisht has stepped into the role of Assistant General Manager – Human Resources at Bloom, where he will focus on strengthening alignment between people, operations, and business goals. In this role, he will work closely with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to drive HR strategy, people initiatives, collaboration, culture, faster decision-making, and scalable processes for organizational growth.
Abhilash has been associated with Bloom for over a year. Prior to this elevation, he served as TABP Manager – India, handling a team of nine HR professionals across PAN India and partnering with business units to drive recruitment strategies, full-cycle hiring, stakeholder engagement, talent pipelining, and long-term workforce planning.
Alongside his corporate role, Abhilash also works as a Career Consultant with Topmate, guiding fresh graduates, postgraduates, and professionals in transition toward career clarity, confidence, and structured career planning.
Earlier, he served as TABP Manager – India at realme India, where he led recruitment strategy, full-cycle hiring, recruiter team leadership, process optimization, and talent pipeline development. He also worked as Manager – Talent Acquisition Business Partner (PAN India) at Healthians, managing end-to-end hiring processes and aligning talent acquisition with business growth.
His previous experience includes talent acquisition leadership at 10times, recruitment roles at Zomato, and training and recruitment-related responsibilities at Concentrix, giving him strong exposure across hiring strategy, bulk recruitment, stakeholder management, process excellence, employee experience, and people operations.
