Collabera Digital Solutions proudly announces the appointment of Padmaja Prasanna as its new Global Head of HR. Prasanna brings a wealth of experience, with over two decades in human resources management, to her new role at the company’s headquarters.
Before her current role at Collabera Digital, Prasanna served as AVP of HR at Accenture, where she was responsible for overseeing HR initiatives that supported business strategies and enhanced organizational capabilities from March 2013 to April 2024. During her tenure, she played a critical role in shaping the HR landscape to align with global business needs in the rapidly evolving tech sector.
Prior to her extensive career at Accenture, Prasanna briefly led the human resources department at PRION GmbH in March 2013. She also had a significant stint at CIBER, where she was Manager – People Practices from August 2004 until March 2013, developing and executing HR policies that greatly improved staff management and operational efficiency.
Earlier in her career, Prasanna held roles at Iteamic and EPS Technology, where she managed talent acquisition and resourcing, respectively, setting the stage for her later accomplishments in larger organizations. She also contributed her expertise at La Jolla Business Accelerators as a Training Manager, where she developed essential training programs for burgeoning professionals.
