Prior to joining RateGain, Heather served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Cornerstone OnDemand, where she played a key role in advancing the company’s AI-powered workforce agility platform and global brand positioning. Before that, she held Chief Marketing Officer roles at Allego, Nexthink, MP Objects, and Pneuron Corporation, leading strategic marketing transformation, digital growth, enterprise demand generation, and market expansion initiatives. During her tenure at Nexthink, she helped strengthen the company’s leadership in the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software category while supporting rapid global expansion and category-defining brand strategy.
Heather has also held senior leadership positions at XebiaLabs and Planon, where she built global marketing functions, drove enterprise growth strategies, and supported large-scale international business expansion initiatives. Across her career, she has developed deep expertise in AI-powered enterprise software, marketing operations, customer advocacy, global communications, product positioning, and scalable go-to-market execution, making her a strong addition to RateGain’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its global footprint in AI-driven travel technology solutions.
