Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Ranjeet Singh has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Enpro Industries Pvt Ltd, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished human resources leadership career. Having played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people, culture, safety, and business excellence agenda over the past several years, Ranjeet now joins the executive leadership team in an expanded capacity to drive Enpro’s strategic human capital vision.
Prior to his appointment as CHRO, Ranjeet served as General Manager – Human Resources at Enpro Industries, where he led Human Resources, Administration, Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Business Excellence functions. During his tenure, he championed workforce development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, safety culture, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational excellence.
Before joining Enpro Industries, Ranjeet served as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd., where he played a key role in strengthening talent management frameworks, leadership development initiatives, employee recognition programs, recruitment strategy, employer branding, and HR operations. He also led talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts while building strong talent pipelines and high-performing teams.
Earlier, he spent more than eight years with Tata Steel, holding multiple leadership positions across human resources and talent management. His responsibilities included talent acquisition, business HR, employee relations, organization restructuring, workforce planning, performance management, engagement initiatives, policy development, and leadership development. During this period, he contributed significantly to strengthening HR processes and supporting business growth across multiple operating units.
Prior to Tata Steel, Ranjeet worked with Parryware Roca Private Limited as Deputy Manager – HR & Admin, where he managed plant-level recruitment, payroll administration, employee welfare, statutory compliance, performance management, industrial relations, SAP HR systems, and employee engagement initiatives. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in manufacturing-sector HR leadership and workforce management.
With more than two decades of experience spanning human resources, talent acquisition, employee relations, business partnering, organizational development, safety, CSR, and operational excellence, Ranjeet brings a comprehensive understanding of people leadership within large industrial and manufacturing environments.
