Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2026 – AXA XL has elevated Disha Jain to the position of Assistant Vice President – Global HR Strategy & Execution, recognizing her strong contributions across HR business partnering, transformation initiatives, workforce planning, and people strategy execution during her five-year journey with the organization.
In her new role, Disha will lead key strategic initiatives across the People Strategy Office, with responsibility for advancing strategic workforce planning, accelerating HR transformation programs, driving AI enablement initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of AXA XL’s global people agenda. She will play a critical role in bridging strategy and execution as organizations navigate evolving workforce dynamics and the growing impact of artificial intelligence on the future of work.
Disha has been associated with AXA XL since 2021 and has steadily progressed through a series of increasingly influential leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior HR PMO and Global HR Business Partner for Technology and AI, where she worked closely with business leaders to drive workforce strategies, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation priorities across global functions.
Prior to that, she held positions including Senior Manager – HRBP for Global and Regional Functions and Human Resources Business Partner, supporting leadership teams across employee engagement, talent management, performance optimization, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Before joining AXA XL, Disha served as Manager – HRBP at PeopleScout, where she partnered with business leaders to strengthen talent strategies and people practices. Earlier, she spent nearly two years with Atkins as Senior HR Advisor, managing a broad HR portfolio spanning business partnering, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, HR operations, change management, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Her career also includes HR leadership assignments with Gonoise.com and Vatika Group, where she built expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, HR operations, employee engagement, HR technology implementation, and workforce planning.
Over the course of her career, Disha has developed strong expertise in HR transformation, strategic workforce planning, organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, people analytics, change management, HR technology adoption, leadership development, and business partnering. Her ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution has enabled organizations to translate people strategies into measurable business outcomes.
Her elevation comes at a pivotal time as organizations globally focus on AI-driven transformation, workforce agility, digital HR modernization, and future-ready talent strategies. Disha’s experience across global HR operations, technology functions, business partnering, and transformation initiatives positions her well to help AXA XL navigate the next phase of its people and workforce evolution.
