Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, June 2026 — Micro Mitti has appointed Tripti Singh as its Head of Human Resources, strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its footprint in the proptech and fractional real estate investment space.
In her new role, Tripti will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, talent management initiatives, employee engagement programs, workforce planning, and people development agenda. She will play a key role in supporting Micro Mitti’s growth ambitions by building a high-performance and people-centric culture.
Tripti brings over a decade of human resources experience across talent acquisition, HR business partnering, employee engagement, workforce planning, policy development, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Micro Mitti, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Basiz Fund Services, where she contributed to strengthening HR operations and talent management practices.
Before that, she spent nearly four years with PolicyX.com, progressing from Human Resources Manager to Senior Human Resources Manager. During her tenure, she was actively involved in employer branding, strategic human resource planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Tripti worked as Human Resources Manager at ClassMonitor, where she managed talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll, compensation and benefits, and HR administration functions.
She also gained significant HR business partnering experience during her long tenure with Warren Public School, where she supported people management and employee engagement initiatives. Her professional journey began in talent acquisition with Right Advisors Private Limited, where she worked as a Senior Recruiter, building expertise in recruitment and workforce sourcing.
Tripti’s appointment reflects Micro Mitti’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and building a scalable workforce framework to support its continued growth in the evolving proptech sector.
